ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5198 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> RH-3 and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 and NW 1/ SW 1/4 Section 36, Town of Blue Mounds <br /> described as follows: <br /> TO RH-4: Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 36, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 36; thence N 89° 44' 14" <br /> East, 1673.61 feet; thence North 66 feet to the point of beginning; thence N <br /> 04° 33' 41" East, 184.71 feet; thence N 34° 12' 31" West, 537.53 feet; thence N <br /> 26° 33' 18" West, 130.13 feet; thence along a curve to the right with a long <br /> chord bearing S 43° West, 240 more or less feet; thence along a curve to the <br /> left with a long chord bearing S 30° West, 750 feet; thence along a curve to <br /> the right with a long chord bearing South 280 more or less feet; thence N 58° <br /> East, 600 feet to the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4, thence N 89° 44' <br /> 14" East, 927.72 feet; thence North 66 feet; thence S 89° 44' 14" West, 574.11 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3: Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 36, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 36; thence N 89° 44' 14" <br /> East, 1673.61 feet; thence North 66 feet; thence N 89° 44' 14" East, 574.11 <br /> feet; thence N 09° 47' 33" West, 577.21 feet; thence N 87° 49' 14" West, 240.36 <br /> feet; thence North 613.52 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North <br /> 66 feet; thence S 89° 44' 53" West, 570 feet to the centerline of East Blue <br /> Valley Road; thence S 00° 16' 02" East, along said centerline 390 feet; thence <br /> S 68° 55' 47" East, 328.84 feet; thence N 21° 04' 13" East, 137.52 feet; thence <br /> N 16° 18' 25" West, 339.56 feet; thence N 89° 44' 53" East, 313.90 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Residences are not permitted in either of the areas described above. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
