ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4687 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the B-1 <br /> Local Business District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4687: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner Section 3; thence West 439.74 to point <br /> of beginning; thence continue West 155.55 feet; thence North 247.04 feet; <br /> thence East 155.55 feet; thence South 247.04 to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record <br /> the following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and <br /> the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A.
