December 18, 1995
Alan E. Zelm
P.O. Box 339
Stoughton, WI 53589
In January, 1990, we received an application for rezoning your land in the Town of
Dunkirk from R-2 to B-1. In order for the rezone to become effective, a Deed
Restriction needed to have been recorded with the Register of Deeds office by July 24,
1990. We are currently trying to close out the file, and we have been unable to find a the
Deed Restriction in the Register of Deeds' records.
If the Deed Restriction was recorded, could you please provide us with the Document
Number and the Recording Date? If the Deed Restriction was not recorded, could you
please notify us as well?
If we do not hear from you by January 15, 1996, we will assume that the Restrictions were
not recorded, and we will consider the rezone null and void.
If you have any questions regarding this letter or our process, please feel free to contact
me at (608)266-4266.
Sincerely,
Diane Milligan, Zoning Inspector
for
James Gregorius, Zoning Administrator
