ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4688 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> YORK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the R-1A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4688: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of York described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 7; thence N 89° 50' West <br /> 1929.2 feet to the centerline of present USH 151; thence S 50° 46' West 63.9 <br /> feet along the centerline of Hwy. 151; thence S 49° 28' West 291.15 feet along <br /> said centerline Hwy. 151; thence S 48° 46' West 608.0 feet along the centerline <br /> Hwy. 151 to the point of beginning. Thence continue S 48° 46' West 266.0 feet <br /> along the centerline of present Hwy. 151; thence N 41° 14' West 222.9 feet to <br /> the Southerly right-of-way line of proposed new Hwy. 151; thence N 48° 01' East <br /> 107.0 feet to the angle point in the Southerly right-of-way line of new Hwy. <br /> 151; thence N 52° 21' East 335.85 feet; thence S 00° 17' East 269.0 feet to the <br /> centerline of present Hwy. 151 and the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
