Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1A Residential District. <br /> Pet. #4688: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of York described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 7; thence N 89° 50' West <br /> 1929.2 feet to the centerline of present USH 151; thence S 50° 46' West 63.9 <br /> feet along the centerline of Hwy. 151; thence S 49° 28' West 291.15 feet along <br /> said centerline Hwy. 151; thence S 48° 46' West 608.0 feet along the centerline <br /> Hwy. 151 to the point of beginning.
