ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4700 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4700: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 17; thence <br /> West, 570 feet; thence North along the centerline of Garfoot Road 600 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. Thence continue North 300 feet; thence West 340 feet; <br /> thence South 300 feet; thence East 340 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> CONDITION: <br /> Prior to issuance of a zoning permit for construction of a residence or <br /> accessory buildings on the property an erosion control plan shall be submitted <br /> to Dane County Zoning and approved pursuant to Chapter 14.
