(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(gbh)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
June 2, 1986 - David Riesop found a 1" Iron Pipe marking the corner. The pipe had apparently been set in
1978 by the Fish and Wildlife Service in their survey of the wildlife production area. The corner had been set
on a straight line at one half the distance between the adjacent section corners. This method, bearing and
distance of the line agree very closely with the location of this corner by Marcy in 1892 (vol. 5, page 206, blue
book). The pipe was accepted as the location of the corner.
August 4, 1999 - Robert Talarczyk found a 1" Iron Pipe reference by Riesop on the 1986 tie sheet. The pipe
was accepted and ties established.
(j) I, Kevin C. Lord Affix Land Surveyor Seal
hereby, certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my , , ' , ' , , ,•
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public .• ' g C O NS, '•,
Land Survey Monument Record is correct .` N‘-‘"; , ti
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
