(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(gbh)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
August 1, 1974 - D.V. Doyle set a Dane County Aluminum Monument at the SE corner of Section 31 on the
basis of the information given in Dane County Surveyor's Record Book No. 5 page 205 and a land survey
made for CSM No. 1522. The monument was set in an E-W fence line and 11.68'westerly of the South end of
a N-S fence line. No evidence of any prior corner monument was found although a stone monument was
mentioned in the Surveyor's Record Book No. 5. A 6" x 6" limestone monument was noted to be in place on
July 19, 1974 at the Northeast corner of Section 6, T4N, R1 OE (Town of Union) Rock County, WI being 431.5'
west of the Dane County monument.
August 2, 1999- Robert Talarczyk found the Dane County Aluminum Monument set by Doyle in 1974.
November 21, 2011 - Donald Barnes notes finding the Aluminum monument for the SE corner of Section 31
but does not accept or reject the monument when establishing the Northeast corner of Section 6, Union
Township, Rock County. Barnes notes there is a large difference in recorded jog distances between the
monuments.
(j) I, Kevin C.
