DANE COUNTY PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD <br /> This record shall show the location of the corner and shall include all of the following nine elements (a <br /> through j). <br /> (a) CORNER LOCATION MARK CORNER LOCATION <br /> SECTION NUMBER: 20 <br /> TOWNSHIP 05 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST <br /> 20 <br /> • <br /> DANE COUNTY COORDINATES <br /> NORTHING: 412,604.79 <br /> EASTING: 833,086.05 <br /> HORIZONTAL DATUM &ADJUSTMENT: NAD 83(NSRS 2011) DANE COUNTY <br /> ORTHOMETRIC HEIGHT: 901.27 VERTICAL DATUM: (NAVD 88) <br /> (b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence,testimonial evidence or <br /> any other material evidence you considered, and whether the monument was found or placed. <br /> A 3/4" Iron Rebar was found and measures 0.16' East and 0.53' North of the actual intersection of the <br /> North-South and East-West quarter lines. No records of the origin of the monument could be found. The <br /> distances check within reason to the adjacent section corners according to CSM No. 5109 and survey map no. <br /> 96-0174. The 3/4" Iron Rebar was accepted as being the monumented center of Section 20 due to the <br /> proximity to the actual split and marked with a fence post in the field and appears to have been accepted by <br /> others. Two other rebar were found near fence posts in the proximity of the section corner and shown as <br /> reference ties.
