The corner is at the center of the Badfish Drainage Ditch. <br /> Doyle also found an iron stake with an aluminum cap set 50 feet north of the monument. The monument and <br /> iron stake are about 2.5 feet east of a north-south fence. J. Michael Clayton set the monument and iron stake <br /> in April 1980 when he subdivided Section 9. Doyle accepted the location of the monument and iron stake as <br /> being correctly located in relation to the corner and set reference monuments accordingly. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
