July 12, 1984 - Donald Doyle found a Dane County Aluminum monument that was set as a reference monument one hundred feet north of the corner. The corner is at the center of the Badfish Drainage Ditch. Doyle also found an iron stake with an aluminum cap set 50 feet north of the monument. The monument and iron stake are about 2.5 feet east of a north-south fence. J. Michael Clayton set the monument and iron stake in April 1980 when he subdivided Section 9. Doyle accepted the location of the monument and iron stake as being correctly located in relation to the corner and set reference monuments accordingly. (j) I, Kevin C.
