The pipe measures well to the adjacent corners <br /> as noted in surveys completed by Grenlie and Birrenkott who both call out the center of section. The pipe falls <br /> 0.03' east and 0.19' north of the intersection of the North-South and East-West quarter lines of the section with <br /> the adjacent section corners located. The location of the 2" Iron Pipe was accepted based on the relationship <br /> to the adjacent corners and as used in surveys in the area.
