The proposed Lot 2 (Parcel No. 0811-212-9200-5) contains 2.56 acres <br /> and will be rezoned to RH-1. <br /> The Town of Sun Prairie has determined that this project is consistent with its Master Plan. <br /> Jerome Klein is working with the Dane County Highway Department (Pam Dunphy) to move the <br /> current access in order to accommodate a shared drive for the two lots.
