A 1" Iron Pipe was found 2.57' east of the Iron Bar as noted on previous tie sheets. Three <br /> of the reference monuments shown on the 1979 Sandsnes tie sheet were recovered and checked well. The <br /> location of the 5/8" Iron Bar was accepted based on the verification of existing reference ties and the previous <br /> notes determining the corner location to be correct for the adjacent townships. One additional reference tie <br /> was established and tied to the corner. <br /> (c) CORNER LOCATION SKETCH: In the sketch, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments of <br /> lasting durable material. <br /> (d) The sketch shall include physical features surrounding the monument location sufficient to easliy find the <br /> monument when in the general area, such as but not limited to utility poles, signs, trees, edge of forests or <br /> cropland, field lanes, water bodies, pavement, buildings, etc. Sketch shall also indicate north and scale, and <br /> include descriptions of symbols, in sketch or by legend. <br /> MAILBOX w!
