The previous reference monuments were not recovered. A 2" Iron Pipe was found at <br /> the location shown for the Northeast 1/4 corner of Section 3, Porter Township, Rock County. The distance <br /> between the monuments verified well. The location of the 1 1/4" Iron Pipe was accepted based on the <br /> verification between adjacent section corners and use in surveys in the area.
