(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
November 11, 1985 -George Weir found the railroad spike and two remaining ties at the North 1/4 corner of
Section 4, T4N, R11 E, as tied by Hugh J. Lee and shown on his Rock County tie sheet in Vol. 5, page 4, dated
April 3, 1973. Dane County road records indicate that Mc Ginnis Road is centered on the North-South 1/4 line
of Section 33, T5N, R11 E. I used an extension of the line from the Northeast corner of Section 4, T4N, R11 E
through the North 1/4 corner of said Section 4 to the intersection with the centerline of Mc Ginnis Road to
establish the South 1/4 corner of Section 33. The distance between those two corners is 71.10 feet. Set a 1"
Iron Pipe.
November 12, 1993 - Donald Barnes shows finding a Pinched Pipe at the South 1/4 corner of Section 33 on a
tie sheet for the North 1/4 corner for Section 4, T4N, R11 E measuring 71.05 between the monuments.
May 26, 2008 - Donald Barnes found the mag nail for the North 1/4 corner of Section 4, T4N, R11 E and a
pinched pipe for the South 1/4 corner of Section 33. Barnes did not accept nor reject the pipe for the South 1/4
corner of Section 33. Barnes notes that Ruger(1874) calls for the N 1/4 corner of Section 4 as 68.31' East of
the S 1/4 corner of Section 33. Based on this distance the actual corner could be 2.74'east of the pipe and
excavation was not performed instead the centerline of Mc Ginnis Road was used.
(j) I, Kevin C.
