A and approximately 1.4'west of the centerline of <br /> Velum Road to the south. Two of the reference ties shown by Riesop were recovered and checked well along <br /> with the ends to the culvert. The location of the Railroad Spike was accepted based on the verification of <br /> existing reference ties and use in surveys in the area.
