(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
December 21, 1981 -J. Michael Clayton found a 3/4" Iron Bar at the section corner. The position agrees with
surveys on record. Clayton set an Aluminum Monument in its place.
October 6, 1983-George Weir found the Aluminum Monument and reference ties.
March 2, 1992 -George Weir found the Aluminum Monument and reference ties.
April 8, 2003 -George Weir found the 3/4" Iron Bar and accepted its position. New reference ties were set. It
notes that his previous condition report was finding the bar and not the Aluminum Monument which leads to
believe the Monument was never set and the original iron bar was left as the corner.
(j) I, Kevin C. Lord Affix Land Surveyor Seal
hereby, certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public ••' 5 C O/• '•
Land Survey Monument Record is correct • ` S'
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. • •• 1, •
•
• KEVIN C.
•
LORD
S-2645 * •
•
• MADISON,
• WIS. ••
Signature Date
