Michael Clayton found a 3/4" Iron Bar at the section corner. The position agrees with surveys on record. Clayton set an Aluminum Monument in its place. October 6, 1983-George Weir found the Aluminum Monument and reference ties. March 2, 1992 -George Weir found the Aluminum Monument and reference ties. April 8, 2003 -George Weir found the 3/4" Iron Bar and accepted its position. New reference ties were set. It notes that his previous condition report was finding the bar and not the Aluminum Monument which leads to believe the Monument was never set and the original iron bar was left as the corner.
