June 22, 1971 -An unnamed tie sheet shows a set Railroad Spike by a previous survey in the center of Pheasant Hill Road on line with a fence to the east. January 5, 1987 - Roger Schneeberger found a 1 1/8" rebar at the corner. A railroad spike was set at this location and a tie sheet made on June 22, 1971. The railroad spike has since been replaced by the 1 1/8" rebar. The corner was used by Charles Johnson in 1979, CSM 3125, Vol. 12, Page 164, and other surveyors. The 1 1/8" rebar was accepted as the corner. July 10, 1989 -George Weir found the 1 1/8" rebar and accepted the position. December 16, 1994 -George Weir found the 1 1/8" rebar and accepted the position. (j) I, Kevin C.
