If so, show the method, including <br /> the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br /> proportioning in determining the corner location? <br /> Not Applicable. <br /> (i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br /> monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br /> June 22, 1971 -An unnamed tie sheet shows a set Railroad Spike by a previous survey in the center of <br /> Pheasant Hill Road on line with a fence to the east. <br /> January 5, 1987 - Roger Schneeberger found a 1 1/8" rebar at the corner. A railroad spike was set at this <br /> location and a tie sheet made on June 22, 1971. The railroad spike has since been replaced by the 1 1/8" <br /> rebar. The corner was used by Charles Johnson in 1979, CSM 3125, Vol. 12, Page 164, and other surveyors. <br /> The 1 1/8" rebar was accepted as the corner. <br /> July 10, 1989 -George Weir found the 1 1/8" rebar and accepted the position. <br /> December 16, 1994 -George Weir found the 1 1/8" rebar and accepted the position. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
