Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
January 5, 1989 - David Riesop notes the corner was originally set in the government survey but now falls in
the Yahara River. The corner was re-established on line between the 1/4 corner of Sections 26 and 27,
through a 3/4" dia. pipe found from a 1972 survey by Andrew Dahlen, map no. 4575, and on line from the S 1/4
corner of Section 26, through the old centerline of CTH N as evidenced by right of way posts, highway plans
and old notes by Hintze, book 188, page 3. This position generally fits 40 fences to the East and West of this
corner and is proportional to original measurements.
(j) I, Kevin C.
