A <br /> and being approximately 3-inches below the pavement surface. Two of the previous reference ties as shown <br /> on the Clayton tie sheet were recovered and checked relatively well. The location of the monument was <br /> accepted based on verification of the existing ties and as being used in surveys in the area.
