A copy of the form sent to your office at <br /> that time is enclosed. <br /> As a result of communications received from Wisconsin <br /> Department of Transportation, as well as discussion with Mark <br /> Gerhardt from Badger Surveying, the Town Board' s concerns <br /> regarding easements for access to the various lots have been <br /> addressed satisfactorily.
