ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4712 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the A-2(8) <br /> Agriculture District the following described land : <br /> Pet. #4712 : <br /> Part of the S 1 /2 NW 1 /4 of Section 32, Town of Rutland described as follows : <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #1 , Certified Survey Map #2208 ; thence <br /> N 86° 09' 03" East, 349. 28 feet; thence South, 1216. 34 feet; thence along the <br /> arc of a curve concaved Northwesterly having a radius of 1382. 39 feet and a <br /> long chord that bears S 77° 52' 14" West a distance of 356. 45 feet; thence <br /> North, 1267. 79 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the County <br /> Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A) .
