ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4714 <br /> trif Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-lA <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. 44714: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Dunn described as follows: _ <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of the said Section 36; thence N 89° 08' 37" <br /> East 953.09 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 00° 20' 36" West 1795 <br /> feet; thence N 89° 39' 24" East 290 more or less feet; thence N 00° 20' 36" <br /> West 144 feet; thence N 89° 39' 24" East 210 more or less feet; thence S 00° <br /> 20' 36" East 210 more or less feet; thence S 89° 39' 24" West 434 more or less <br /> feet; thence S 00° 20' 36" East 1729 more or less feet; thence S 89° 08' 37" <br /> West 66 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
