Agriculture District to the <br /> A-2(8) Agriculture District. <br /> Pet. #4715: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 34 and the point of <br /> beginning; thence South, along the East line of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section <br /> 34, 1320 feet more or less; thence West, along the South line of the N 1/2 NE <br /> 1/4 of Section 34, 1353 feet more or less; thence North, parallel to the East <br /> line of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 34, 1110 feet more or less; thence East, <br /> 210 feet more or less; thence North, 210 feet more or less to the North line of <br /> the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 34; thence East along the North line of the NE 1/4 <br /> NE 1/4 of Section 34, 1140 feet more or less to the ooint of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
