The average of the ridge height and the eave height is 13 feet and 8 inches. <br /> (15'10" + 10'10"=26'8"; 26'8"/2= 13' 8") <br /> Your proposed pole barn is too tall to comply with the maximum height of 12 feet. <br /> Section 10.12(4)(b) of the DCCO states that residential accessory buildings shall not exceed 16 <br /> feet in height.
