Description of Project: <br /> A modification is being made to a three season porch on the front of the house. It <br /> is a wood structure with a poured concrete floor. Three steps in the interior of the porch <br /> lead down to the exterior door. The steps are made of poured concrete. <br /> The current entry door is storm door that swings out. It will be replaced by a 36" <br /> wide insulated door. The current design of the interior entry stairs does not allow for a <br /> door to swing inward and does not allow for a 36" wide door. <br /> The interior stairs will be filled in with cement and the level of the entryway will <br /> be raised so that the door is at the same level as the floor in the interior. To accommodate <br /> the raised door a wood landing will be built. The landing will be 7'x 4' with three stairs. <br /> It will rest on an already existing floating concrete slab.
