• . . <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4724 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of - <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1, RH-3 Rural Homes & CO-1 Conservancy District the following described land: <br /> Pet.#4724: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Blue Mounds described as <br /> follows: TO RH-l: Beginning 600 feet South of the Northeast corner of the <br /> said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South 340 feet more or less; thence West 290 feet <br /> more or less; thence North 340. feet more or less; thence East 290 feet more or <br /> less to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Beginning at the Northeast cornerof <br /> the said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South 600 feet more or less; thence West 290 <br /> feet more or less; thence South 340 feet more or less; thence East 290 feet <br /> more or less; thence South 350 feet more or less; thence West 800 feet more or <br /> less to Sand Rock Road; thence Northwesterly along centerline of Sand Rock Road <br /> 1400 feet more or less; thence East 1320 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning. TO CO-1: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the said SE 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4, thence South 1320 feet more or less; thence East 520 feet more or less; <br /> thence Northwesterly along the centerline of Sand Rock Road 1400 feet more or <br /> less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will tie prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. A maximum of 1 acre of tillable land may be used for house and <br /> driveway in the Easterly 15 acres of the RH-3 area. <br /> J <br /> EFFECTIVE: LDO 0 i 1990 <br />
