Weisensel <br /> 7018 Twin Lane, Sun Prairie, WI 53590 <br /> Town of Bristol, Dane County <br /> Home phone 837-5596 <br /> March 5, 1990 <br /> To Dane County Zoning Department: <br /> Application for a conditional use permit for agricultural land as follows: <br /> A parcel of land located in the NW'k of section 24, <br /> T.9N, R.11E, Town of Bristol, Dane County, WI. <br /> Commencing at the NW corner of said section 24; thence <br /> South along the West line of the NW's, 66.0 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; <br /> thence continue South along said West line of said Nk <br /> to the Wk corner of said section 24; thence Easterly along <br /> the South line of the NW'k to the SE corner of the of the <br /> SWk of the NWk; thence Northerly along the East line of <br /> the WZ of the NWT to a point 66.0 feet South of the North <br /> line of the NWk; thence Westerly parallel with the North <br /> line of the NIA to the point of beginning. <br /> Said parcel contains 78 acres more of less. <br /> The parcel #'s are: 06-24-537 and <br /> 06-24-538 <br /> The proposed use of the property is a "borrow pit" to provide necessary fill <br /> for the Hwy 151 relocation project. <br /> The conditional use will take place as the Hwy 151 work commences, probably <br /> in May of 1990, to the completion of the project or the depletion of the <br /> borrow pit - no later than June 1992 or when the final site work and <br /> landscaping is completed. <br /> The land is currently a steep hill side, sloping to less steep crop land. <br /> The site is located less than k mile from the proposed interchange of Hwy <br /> 151 and Twin Lane Rd and provides a convenient area from which to obtain the <br /> needed fill. Initial soil borings indicate the subsoil is suitable for this <br /> purpose. <br /> The topsoil will be removed and returned when the project is completed. The <br /> area will be graded and seeded to a cover crop to meet or surpass WI DOT <br /> standards.
