At this meeting we agreed <br /> not to request rezoning the area (in green) that the Ice Age peo- <br /> ple are interested in, until after they have had time for an ap- <br /> praisial to be done and time to come up with an offer to buy the <br /> land if they still feel it will work into their trail plans . The <br /> proposed area that Ice Age is interested in is approximately 20 , <br /> Acres . <br /> It was mutually agreed upon on that day , that with the buffer <br /> zone they ' ve included in their proposed trail , 2 home sites of 8 <br /> to 12 Acres each would not interfere with the trail , not the trail <br /> with the homes (in orange) . (Black outline , yellow hi-lighted area <br /> is where the first porposed rezoning of three 12 Acres lots was . ) <br /> Your confirmation in writing of this status needs to be sent to <br /> Dane County Zoning Department , Attention : Bill Fleck.
