The Board is correct, a rezone is not <br /> required for governmental projects such as highway construction but, con- <br /> ditional use permits are still required. One reason for the requirement is <br /> to assure that the reclamation is appropriately completed by the private <br /> contractors doing the work. <br /> If the Town would like any input as to the reclamation they are welcome <br /> to do so.
