It <br /> was observed that a pergola has been constructed between the house and a garage. Our records indicate that there <br /> has not been a permit issued for this pergola. <br /> Under Dane County Code of Ordinance section 10.25 persons are require to obtain a zoning permit prior to <br /> construction of any structures. <br /> This letter serves as notice that your property at 7240 Clover Hill Drive is potentially in violation of the ordinance. <br /> Please obtain a zoning permit for the structure within 14 days of the date of this letter.
