Agriculture District to the <br /> C-2 Commercial District. <br /> Pet. #4737: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 7; thence West, 30 feet <br /> more or less to the point of beginning; thence South, 470 feet more or less; <br /> thence West 400 feet more or less; thence North, 450 feet more or less; thence <br /> Northeasterly, along the Southerly right-of-way line of crH JG, 72 feet more or <br /> less; thence Northerly, 17 feet more or less; thence Northeasterly, along the <br /> Southerly right-of-way line of cru JG, 330 feet more or less; thence South, 24 <br /> feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
