The minutes of <br /> the last regular meeting were read and approved. <br /> Dane County Ord. Amendment 20 , 1989-90 , amending chapter 10 <br /> of the Dane County code of ordinances , relating to <br /> conditional use permits was discussed. A motion was made by <br /> TN/RG to adopt the following resolution: Resolved by the <br /> Town Board of the Town of Cottage Grove that Zoning Ordinance <br /> No . 20 , 1989-90 be , and the same hereby is approved. Motion <br /> carried . <br /> The zone change request made by Carol Bendick.son <br /> (Klosterman property) was discussed . A motion was made by <br /> TN/MK to deny the request as recommended by the Planning <br /> Committee . Motion carried. <br /> The zone change request made by Eugene Wagner for the <br /> Norbert Wagner property to change 1 . 5 acres from A-1 to RH-1 <br /> was discussed. The reason for the change is so that Eugene <br /> Wagner can build a home on the farm so he can assist with the <br /> farming operation. The planning committee recommended <br /> approval of the change with an affidavit stating that he is <br /> going to assist with the farming operation. A motion was <br /> made by SK/TN to approve the request . Motion carried. <br /> The zone change request made by Art and Shari Mackesey to <br /> change the zoning on 3 . 64 acres from R-1A to RH-1 and R3A was <br /> discussed . The Planning Committee recommended approval . A <br /> motion was made by MK/SR to approve the request . Motion <br /> carried. <br /> The zone change request made by the Town of Cottage Grove <br /> to change a portion of the land recently sold from A-1 to RH- <br /> 1 was discussed. A motion was made by SK/TN to approve the <br /> request . Motion carried. The couple which has purchased <br /> the property were informed that the auto bodies on the <br /> property cannot be hauled away so they will be buried on the <br /> property. <br /> The Wis . Power and Light Co . has made a request to <br /> construct a new power line on Sigglekow Road . A motion was <br /> made by ES/MK to approve the application. Motion carried. <br /> Road weight limits were discussed. It was left to the <br /> discretion of the Chairman as decided at the last meeting. <br /> The Treasurers report and due bills were reviewed. A <br /> motion was made by MK/SK to pay all due bills . Carried. <br /> Sue reported that Devine and Tweedale have offered to <br /> evaluate the Town insurance coverage for the Fire Dept . to <br /> see if there are any gaps not covered. A motion was made by <br /> MK/RG to furnish them with copies of our policies so that :I3 qr(,1 <br /> they can do an analysis of the coverage of the Fire Dept . ` • <br /> with the understanding that the Town gets a copy of the <br /> Village policies so that the Laub Group can also do an <br /> analysis . Motion carried . <br /> Chairman Skaar will set up a meeting between the Town and <br /> the Village to talk about who is going to pay the bills from <br />
