ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4740 <br /> Amending Section 10 .03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes & R-3A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4740: <br /> Part of the SE NW of Section 18, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #2, certified survey map <br /> number #4503; thence East, 568 feet; thence South , 66 feet; thence West, 568 <br /> feet; thence North , 66 feet to the point of beginning. TO R-3A: Beginning at <br /> the Northeast corner of Lot #2, certified survey map number #4503; thence <br /> South , 189 feet along the West line of Vilas Hope Road; thence West, 134 feet; <br /> thence North , 185 feet; thence East, 128 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
