Agriculture District to the <br /> A-2 Agriculture District. <br /> Pet. #4742: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SW of Section 27, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 27; thence North along the <br /> West line of said Section 27, 1,320 feet to the North line of the S 1/2 SW 1/4 <br /> of said Section 27; thence East, 500 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing East, 1,486 feet; thence' South, 700 feet to the Northerly <br /> right-of-way line of USH 12; thence Northwesterly along the Northerly <br /> right-of-way line of USH 12, 1,097 feet; thence Northwesterly along the <br /> Northerly right-of-way line of USH 12, 420 feet; thence North, 410 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
