PETITION # 10029 by JANELL JULSETH to change the zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agriculture to RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes to allow REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING RESIDENCE on property located NORTH OF 2461 <br /> TOWER ROAD in Section 14, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> TOWN: Approved with conditions. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Solberg to recommend approval with conditions; motion carried with conditions, 5-0. <br /> 1. A Certified Survey Map shall be recorded for the established zoning boundary. <br /> 2. The Certified Survey Map shall be recorded within 90 days of the County Executive signature. <br /> 3. The balance of the A-1 exclusive land shall be deed restricted prohibiting further residential <br /> development. <br /> 4. The owner shall obtain a demolition permit for the existing house on the property. <br /> 5. If the owner fails to record a Certified Survey Map, a stop work order will be executed on the <br /> construction of the replacement home. <br /> 4. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT#2104 by OSCAR HRUBY to allow MINERAL EXTRACTION OPERATION <br /> on property located at 6531 MATZ RD in Section 35, Town of Roxbury. <br /> TOWN: Approved with conditions. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Matano to approve with 15 conditions; motion carried, 5-0. <br /> 1. The applicant shall submit an erosion control plan covering the entire CUP area for the duration of <br /> operations, and receive approval of an erosion control permit prior to commencing extraction <br /> operations. <br /> 2. Reclamation shall meet the requirements of Chapter 74 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> 3. The applicant shall apply for and receive all other required local, state and federal permits. <br /> 4. Operations shall cease no later than 25 (twenty-five) years from the date of CUP approval. <br /> 5. The preferred haul route will be Matz Road South to Collins Road to Hwy 12 as per road agreement <br /> between Town of Roxbury and Wingra Stone. <br /> 6. The access to the driveway shall have gates securely locked when the extraction site is not in <br /> operation. The site shall be signed "no trespassing." <br /> 7. Normal hours of operation shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 <br /> a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. No operations of any kind shall take place on Sundays or legal <br /> holidays. Exceptions to these hours for public safety projects will occur with prior town notice and <br /> approval. <br />
