At <br /> the crane's site, the HLZO allows a maximum of 1055 ft above mean sea level (AMSL), <br /> while the cranes would reach 1112 and 1086 ft AMSL at full height, both exceeding the <br /> maximum allowed. (See map.) <br /> Before erecting the cranes to their full height, you will need permission from the <br /> Dane County Zoning Office. Please contact Kris Schutte, the assistant zoning <br /> administrator at 608.266.9084 regarding a temporary variance. <br /> FAA Aeronautical Study is now in progress <br /> The FAA is now studying your proposal to determine their effect on air navigation at <br /> the airport. When the studies are complete, they will issue a determination of <br /> compatibility with air operations at the airport. <br />
