ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4746 <br /> Amending Section 10 .03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PRIMROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4746: <br /> Part of the SE 1 /4 NW 1 /4 of Section 9 , Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 9; thence S 86° 49 ' 50" <br /> East, 1297 .28 feet; thence S 01 ° 00' 48" West, 1336 .09 feet to the Northwest <br /> corner of the SE 1 /4 NW 1 /4 of Section 9; thence S 01 ° 00' 48" West along the <br /> West line of the SE 1 /4 NW 1 /4 of Section 9; 300.00 feet; thence S 87° 25 ' 55 " <br /> East, 408.53 feet; thence N 01 ° 45 ' 35" East, 299 .92 feet; thence N 87° 25' 55 " <br /> West along the North line of the SE 1 /4 NW 1 /4 of Section 9; 412 .43 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
