The original benchmark elevation had been provided by sanitary district <br /> maps. <br /> The updated elevations are 0.3' higher than previously reported.The updated elevations agree with elevations reported by Quam Engineering. <br /> Please note that the garage floor elevation also was revised to show a shot taken inside the building through an open door; the previously <br /> reported elevation was taken on the concrete apron outside the garage door.
