We discussed that for the <br /> pupose of entry, a uncovered porch could extend into the minimum 30'setback. Here is <br /> a drawing of the house as it sits on the lot, and I was wondering if, for the pupose of <br /> entry,a uncovered porch could extend beyond the building setback line. I drew the <br /> approx.location of the porch (deck) to be used for entry,on the plot plan. I would <br /> assume that the deck would be no bigger than 5x5 and would have 2-3 steps up to it.
