As of this date, the Zoning Division has not received documentation with regards to wetland <br /> boundaries on the property. The division has requested that the Wetland Delineation Report be provided to the Division so <br /> that it can be reviewed by staff and DNR. The Zoning Division will work with the DNR to determine the wetland boundary <br /> on the property. Further, Dan Everson has visited the site and found grasses indicative of wetlands growing in the middle <br /> of the property.
