The site will only be accessed off Circle Tram Way using a stone tracking pad. The pad <br /> must be a minimum of 40' long x 16' wide x 12" deep and be constructed of 3-inch clear <br /> stone. No other site access may be used and material deposited in the road will be <br /> cleaned up at the end of each workday. <br /> 2. Silt fence must be installed prior to grading in the locations shown on the plan and where <br /> deemed necessary, including down slope of all soil stockpiles. The silt fence must be <br /> maintained until the site is vegetated and stabilized. <br /> 3. This project involves adding 7,638 square feet of new impervious surface to the site. <br /> Future build outs will require a approved stormwater management plan once 20,000 <br /> square feet of cumulative impervious surface is proposed for the site. <br /> 4. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle <br /> traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as "undisturbed" or"vegetated buffer" <br /> on the plan. In the event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control <br /> measures will be required. <br /> 5.
