In order to obtain a zoning permit for this <br /> parcel,the following information shall be provided or revised: <br /> 1. It is apparent that the property is adjacent to a wetland area. The information <br /> submit to determine the wetland boundary is 10 years old and no longer valid. A <br /> wetland delineation report, performed by a DNR accepted delineator, will be <br /> required to be submitted to the Division showing the current wetland boundary <br /> running along the western boundary of Lot 11, Holland Fields. The report shall <br /> include a map drawn and sealed by a licensed Professional Engineer depicting the <br /> wetland boundary as determined by the delineator. A revised site plan will need <br /> to be submitted shown the buildings and decks positioned a minimum of 75 feet <br /> away from the newly delineated wetland boundary. <br /> 2. The area coverages shown on the submitted site plan are inaccurate. Example: <br /> Lot size is 72,455, as noted on the Final Plat of Holland Fields, not 72,479. <br /> Please check all area coverages of the buildings, drives, and decks for accuracy. <br /> 3. The submitted plan designates a 50' wetland setback and a 75' wetland setback. <br /> Please revise the plan showing only the regulatory 75' setback. <br /> 4. The submitted plan designates buildings 102 and 103 being 17 feet between <br /> eachother. Dane County Zoning Code requires a minimum of 20 feet between <br /> multi-family buildings.
