The legal description <br /> of the property is as follows: <br /> The East 287 feet of the South 533 feet of the <br /> SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 20, Township 7 N <br /> Range 8 E, except those portions thereof taken <br /> or used for highway purposes, all in the Town of <br /> Middleton. <br /> The intended use and purpose of this parcel is for religious use <br /> as West Middleton Lutheran Church. The church has been located <br /> on this parcel since 1962 but evidently never has been rezoned <br /> for that use. <br /> At this time we are planning an expansion and renovation project <br /> and cannot procede with the project without the conditional use <br /> permit.
