• • 1 <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4753 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BERRY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4753: <br /> Part of the NW 1 /4 SE 1 /4 Section 32, Town of Berry described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 32; thence N 89° 25' 37" <br /> Wst, 1324.90 feet along the East-West quarter line of said Section 32 to the <br /> East line of the W 1 /2 SE 1 /4 of said Section 32, and the point of beginning of <br /> this description. Thence S 00° 19 ' 24" West, 663.86 feet along said East line, <br /> thence S 86° 15' 55" West, 424.44 feet; thence N 14° 17 ' 10" West, 493.65 feet; <br /> thence N 10° 11 ' 00" West, 218.36 feet; thence S 89° 49' 20" East, 587.71 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
