"K" Waunakee, Wisconsin 53597, is requesting a <br /> conditional use permit for mineral extraction on the Ervin Duschack property located <br /> in the NE1 - NE14 Section 34, T9N-R11E, Bristol Township, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> The purpose of this request is for obtaining aggregate for the new construction of <br /> S.T.H. 151 from Sun Prairie to Columbus. We request the permit to continue this <br /> quarry use through the completion of the 151 Highway construction. <br /> This is an existing quarry and the area would be expanded to the south and east as <br /> shown on the accompanying plan. The property abutts the new construction so no town <br /> roads would be used for hauling purposes. Access would be directly onto new <br /> construction. <br /> Topsoil and overburden would be stripped 'and piled separately. These materials would <br /> be used in the final restoration of the site. The area would be free draining and left <br /> in a workmanlike condition. Reclamation and restoration will conform to applicable <br /> rules and regulations of the Dane County Code of Ordinances, May 1989 edition. <br />
