• 447 5�F <br /> PROPOSED USE OF PROPERTY TO BE RE-ZONED <br /> JULIE RETTENMUND <br /> BETH RETTENMUND <br /> 5(a) We are proposing that 6 acres of our farm be re-zoned. My sister and I <br /> are planning to build a house on our farm. Currently every acre of our <br /> farm is jointly owned by our entire family. The amount of land needed <br /> for mortgage purposes has been determined to be 6 acres owned solely by <br /> my sister and me. The re-zone is needed because: 1) the land must <br /> change ownership and 2) the amount of the land needed is less than 35 <br /> acres. <br /> 5(b) The proposed time schedule for development is for construction to begin <br /> as soon as all necessary approvals/permits are obtained. Hopefully this <br /> means that construction may begin in June, 1990. Construction should be <br /> completed 90-120 days after it has begun. <br /> 5(c) Acreage of area proposed for re-zoning: 6 acres. <br />
