Agriculture / R1A Residential District. Pet. #4755: Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: TO R-lA: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #1, C.S.M. #4105; thence South 150.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot #1; thence East 353.00 feet along the South line of said Lot #1; thence North 150.00 feet; thence West along North line of said Lot #1, 353.00 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. TO A-1 EX: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot #1, CSM #4105; thence East along the South line of said Lot #1 353.00 feet to the point of beginning.
