SILAGE, LEACHATE AND SCREENED SOLIDS AGREEMENT <br /> Agreement, made this day of March, 1990, at Sun Prairie, <br /> Wisconsin, by and between Stokely USA, Inc. , a Wisconsin <br /> corporation which has its general office at 626 East Wisconsin <br /> Avenue, in Oconomowoc, Waukesha County, Wisconsin (hereinafter <br /> referred to as "Stokely") , and William Blaska, an adult resident <br /> of Dane County, Wisconsin, (hereinafter referred to as "Blaska") : <br /> WHEREAS, Stokely owns and operates a corn processing plant <br /> which is located at 151 Market Street, in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, <br /> which, in the process of its operation generates by-products of the <br /> corn processed in the forms of silage, leachate and screened solids <br /> which must be collected as generated at the plant, hauled away from <br /> the plant, and disposed of in accordance with all applicable laws <br /> and regulations; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Blaska desires to contract with Stokely to collect, <br /> haul and dispose of the said by-products, and in so doing is <br /> prepared to construct a pit or pits on real property located east <br /> of Stokely's plant of sufficient size to accommodate the acceptance <br /> and disposition of the said by-products; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Stokely desires to contract with Blaska for such <br /> services upon the terms, conditions and covenants hereinafter set <br /> forth. In so doing, Stokely is relying upon representations of <br /> Blaska that it will construct an appropriate pit or pits which will <br /> be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and <br /> which will be available for use on or prior to the first day of <br /> the 1990 corn pack. <br /> As a neighbor to the proposed construcion and operation of a silage pit <br /> on Bill and Diane Blaska's property, I have no opposition to the issuance <br /> of a conditional use permit. <br /> ,--/' op w/ <br /> If <br /> • <br /> gy_ <br /> „ d , <br /> ( 4 <br /> 1 <br />
