Box 2038
Madison, WI 53701-2038
RE: William Blaska
Dear Attorney Valentyn:
This letter follows our phone conversation of March 23, 1990
regarding the matter above captioned.
As expressed in that conversation I am quite concerned over
Bill's ability to obtain the necessary Conditional Use Permit for
the construction of the silage pit on his property. I understand
that the Planning and Zoning Committee for the county will not
rule on the issuance of the Conditional Use Permit until May 22,
1990, provided that the permit application is filed by April 3 ,
1990. Stokely cannot enter into a contract with Bill Blaska if
there is any question over the issuance of the permit. I now
have reason to believe that the issuance of the permit could be
seriously in doubt based on opposition from neighbors and family
members.
Consequently, Stokely will not enter into a contract offered to
Bill Blaska on March 22, 1990, at this time and will not do so
unless and until it is totally satisfied that there will be no
opposition form the Blaska family, or neighbors to the issuance of
the Conditional Use Permit for Bill's land.
I certainly do not wish to involve myself in what appears to be a
developing dispute between Bill and Mike. I believe that if this
project is to come to fruition, Bill and Mike must reach an
agreement. We are willing to contract with Bill for a pit to be
constructed on Bill's land but we must be comfortable that the
Conditional Use Permit will issue.
626 East Wisconsin Avenue • P.O.
